Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta Welcomes Amy S. Dosik as Chief Executive Officer.
Dear Girl Scouts, Parents and Friends,
I am pleased to announce that effective January 3, Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta’s Board of Directors welcomes Amy S. Dosik as the new Chief Executive Officer.
Amy comes with vast experience and a wealth of knowledge. She has more than 20 years of experience in supporting non-profits, the passion, drive and leadership needed to take Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta to the next level and to further cement the organization as the premiere authority on girls and the challenges that impact their well-being.
With her vision, skills and leadership experience, we are ecstatic to have Amy join the Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta family. Her work with nonprofits began as a tax associate with Sutherland LLP and continued through contributions to organizations like Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta, Hillels of Georgia and It’s the Journey—where she is a founding board member, chairs the Nominating and Governance Committee and runs the Atlanta 2-day walk for breast cancer.
Prior to joining Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta, Amy was a principal with Ernst & Young’s National Exempt Organization Tax Practice and served as the Southeast Area Leader and a member of the Practice’s national leadership team.
Amy has great ambitions for our organization and we are confident she will use her knowledge and commitment to youth development to lead the charge to build girls of courage, confidence and character.
I thank you for your continued support of Girl Scouting during this transition and I appreciate your ongoing commitment as we move forward under Amy’s leadership to support even more girls in our community.
Myra C. Bierria
Chair, Board of Directors
