 Troop Camping

Troop camping is a unique opportunity for Girl Scout troops to connect with each other while discovering the out of doors. The “camps that cookies built” offer a variety of camping choices – from setting up your own tents in a primitive campsite to sleeping in an air-conditioned cabin with a full kitchen, hot shower and flush toilets. Whether you want to rough it or camp “Troop Beverly Hills” style, Girl Scouts of all ages will enjoy the facilities and activities found at their camps: Meriwether, Misty Mountain, Pine Acres, Pine Valley, and Timber Ridge.

Visit Campsite 411 for camping fees and accommodation details.

CAMPS DO NOT CLOSE AND MONEY IS NOT REFUNDED BECAUSE OF RAIN. Include rainy day activities in your planning! In the event of severe weather, leaders should evaluate the driving conditions and determine whether they should wait until the next day to travel. The council will notify the leader of record if the camp closes for any reason – a full refund will be issued under these circumstances.
