Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta deeply appreciates the contributions our donors make to support our girls. To protect the privacy of our donors, we maintain the following policies:
GSGATL collects and uses personal information such as name, address, phone number, and email address when a donor voluntarily provides it to us.
In addition, GSGATL keeps a record of each donor’s giving history. This information is kept on file for IRS purposes and is also used by the Development Department for internal analysis and record keeping, and to acknowledge donations and inform donors about upcoming GSGATL activities.
In addition, GSGATL does not sell our donor lists to other organizations. When making a donation, donors may request that GSGATL list them as anonymous or not at all in our publications. Donors may request to not be solicited in the future. Donors may request to not receive informational mailings such as our newsletter.
